Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

This highly anticipated sequel in the Indiana Jones series turned out to not be as entertaining as the first three.  I feel like there was too much effort made at comedic moments and that was a big turn off for me.  It's the same problem that I have with the 2nd Star Wars trilogy.  There's an attempt to have something for everyone and that just doesn't seem to play as well.  Maybe it's just me.  I don't see a need to have someone swinging through the trees like a monkey or Tarzan.  It really just takes me away from the story.  I do think that there was a lot of really good initial set-up, especially for time frame.  I think I was disappointed because I was looking forward to it so much.  Oh well.
